Was this skimming money that came into the fund through normal means?

Or

Was this withdrawing money that was specifically directed through the fund for them to skim.

Would it really surprise anyone one if this was a payoff mechanism of some kind?

I used to not be a conspiracy theorists. I hate it that people have made me cynical about everything.
