That's what I called him sometimes during the 2016 campaign because he was known for not paying caterers and contractors and others who had done work for him. If they complained, he would invite them to take it to court. Who can afford to get into a lengthy legal battle with a rich guy like him? That's how that con man has gotten rich, I am sure. He stole money from people he owed by just refusing to pay them. And he uses the courts to get away with that and everything else he gets away with. He uses the courts to intimidate and bully people, to steal from them, to delay things interminably. Deadbeat Donald is an apt nickname for the orange con man who is now our president, but I'm the only person I've ever heard call him that...
