14. No matter how careful you are, you can make a mistake if you're

trying to avoid taxes. It's very, very hard to maintain a lie about something like your residence address. Too many people have that information. Your bank has your address. Your doctor or clinic has it. Lots of people have it.

Go to Walgreens to pick up a prescription and they ask for your address. It's on your Minnesota Driver's Licence. You can't get one of those without a Minnesota address. And lots of places want your Driver's License number. In fact, I just wrote it on my absentee ballot this very day to mail in my vote.

It's complicated to hide who you are and where you reside. Too complicated, really, for almost anyone to get away with faking it.
