56. On the day after the election is determined,

All the cabinet and significant positions should be announced, the jobs determined so that on that January day, they can go to work. It should be an abbreviated swearing in ceremony, and celebration. This is the time to start correcting the damage that has been done.

Biden has a huge pool of experienced, competent and patriotic people to put to work.
