providing 13 week extension on unemployment based on the % of unemployment. Takes the basic 26 week benefit collection to 39 weeks. The ONLY people who would receive JUST $200/week are those who would have NEVER qualified for unemployment becasue they are 1099 workers or did not minimum wage earnings. I hate factual inaccuracies no matter who the source is.
