6. I stayed in until May, and then I only went out, during vulnerable shoppers hours, for necessities

My only non essential outings, since then, have been to the cemetery on Memorial day, a quick drive to a very special doughnut shop, in Flint, that supports our Carriage Town section of the city (seriously wonderful doughnuts). and one trip to the Flint Farmer's Market. One thing I've noticed is, even before the mask mandate, most people are wearing them.

I've been cutting my own hair, and I just let the color and wave go 'natural'. I was surprised at how much my hair resembles my Dad's, both in color and texture, although mine is MUCH more abundant. I actually found that kind of comforting.

And now I have blueberries and wine, and a few other things to put into my precautionary stockpile pantry.
