She's too much of a lightening rod for the 25% of Democrats who went for Bernie or other left-wing candidates in the primary and are already holding their nose to vote for Biden. I personally find her pretty appealing, though I certainly disagree with her on foreign policy and don't really know where she stands on most domestic issues, but I think picking her would give too much ammunition to people on the far left who want to divide the party.
