perform in that capacity, but just as often we support a single student who has been identified as needing an adult working one-on-one with them. A lot of times its about staying quiet and focused on the task at hand. Sometimes its about managing emotions. Other times it can be about assisting with physical needs if there is a challenge for the child to manage self-care.

Oh, yes. There were times when subbing that the Ed tech and I swapped places for a bit.
