If judged comparative to others caught out before him, Cooper points out DeJoy would be fined and removed from office of USPMG. Also points out DeJoys slowing the mail is essentially another form of campaign contribution. "Is your backup plan to be pardoned like Roger Stone?" :room gasps: Ouch.
