in Counties that are mostly White Persons or a minumum of POC or Native. Most Counties with small Populations tend to have budget issues as well as Persons in Power Positions whom lack the Skill Sets required to deal with Social and Economic issues of the 21 st Century. Grandpa or Uncle Fred held that position before me and that is good enough. And that story is played out across America more than one thinks.

Cousin Charlie was a great example. Good enough for Dad,good enough for me. And to think,his Son is the third Generation in that County Commissioners seat. Another Trumper on his way up the ladder.
