I admitted that the fluid nature of information had lead me to a flawed sentence, but that it was about the influence of Midwest jurisprudence to handle "troubled teens" with a mechanism over 60 years, that has often both failed the teens as well as damaged the structure of policing that is reflected in todays current broken police culture.
