I have buttons made from purebuttons. They're made in the USA and, if you buy large enough quantities, can get dirt cheap. If you buy 1,000 buttons, they're less than 20 cents. (BTW, these are nice, high-quality metal buttons. I use them for LGBTQ events, and people love them.)

As for t-shirts... I've never bought a large enough quantity of t-shirts to get down to $1 a shirt. BUT a one-sided, made in the USA, color printed shirt from customink is as cheap as $3.97 if you order just 5,000. I imagine the Biden campaign orders at least 10,000 (if not more) during the duration of their campaign. So, $1 a shirt isn't impossible.

Plus, as a political campaign, they probably get additional discounts and considerations.
