I participate on a site for knitters/crocheters, where politics isnt a focus, but does get discussed especially over the past four years.
I quickly recognized that many posters were Trumpsters, who vociferously defended everything the Dotard said and did.
Imagine my shock when a I read the posts from a large number of them after their pResident refused to attend the ceremony at the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery in France in commemoration of US soldiers and marines killed during WWI. These former Ever-Trumpers went absolutely ballistic, and vowed never to support him or vote for him again.
They were beyond furious. They said hed disgraced those who have died in service and the military as a whole, and had disgraced the country by failing to represent us at such an important event.
Of all the disgusting things hed already done by that point, it was THIS event that pushed many of them over the edge.
So if you think the suckers and losers story wont get to a lot of the Trump-humpers, think again. That quote is going to leave a mark.
