One of the things that makes me worried on this one is that in rushing to find a solution that they will ignore the chnace for longer term side effects. I want to know that there will not be some sort of adverse reaction 18 months after I take the vaccine.... and that it will be effective for more than 3 months.

I am skeptical that any vaccine will work and be safe since we have never had a truly effective coronavirus vacciine for any of its various forms. So I would add

3) Confirmed no bad side effects 18 months later
4) Evidence that it provides protection for at least 1 year
