Moreover, I didn't see if it distinguished between inside and outside dining or extra precautions like improved ventilation or single table restaurants.

That said, given that we know from other research that restaurants are risky, as they involve some measure of interaction with people outside your own household as well as bypassing any masks, and usually less than ideal ventilation, it adds to the suggestion that restaurants are hot spots for contracting Covid.
