60. Biden certainly should NOT call him "Mr. President."

I Remember Sarah Palin asking in THEIR V.P. debate "Can I Call you JOE?"? Biden should ask Trump's permission to call him "Donald," or better yet, "Don." Trump's reaction, whatever it was, would definitely be PRICELESS.
