Are these the same people blaming Woodward for not saving us from Covid?

Regretting that she was not replaced by an Obama appointee is normal. Not understanding that she would have been another Garland is forgivable. Putting any sort of blame on her is irresponsible bullshit and one sure sign of a troll.
