much money each state received in Covid funds from the federal government and someone/newspaper (?) posted how much per covid patient that amounted to. The money was NOT distributed based on that and the chart showed how NY got very little per case while ND got a lot per case. So, as best as I can guess some dumbass didn’t bother to read the article that went with the graph.
