57. I don't think anything dubya did is nearly as insane as almost everything trump does.

Dubya was a dumb drunk, not a smart drunk. But his daddy made sure the country was still running, because at least dubya had intelligent people around him to keep the government running as smoothly as it could during 3 wars, and a fascist-lite takeover.
