14. Trump MAY crash.

“Is going to” is a little presumptuous. Trump is clearly more ill than he is letting on which is why his recent videos have all had obvious edits, but he is clearly not in such bad shape as to be considered incapacitated (at least not any more incapacitated than he was a year ago...).

It is necessary and appropriate to have a plan in place should Trump become completely incapacitated by COVID. It isn’t a guarantee or even close to a guarantee that will happen though.
