(7,760 posts)They are watching the pipe dreams of a fossilized mind (Trump's) that they swallowed without criticism, being dismantled before their eyes.
You can either say to yourself . . . well, Karma is here, I was promised something unrealistic, how do I readjust my personal value system? Or, more likely, lash out on social media to try to put the threat to your imaginary future success back in the box.
I've gone through the first process, and it is painful. (Not recently)
Basically, you feel your personality deconstructing, and you need to do a slow rebuild based on more realistic assumptions and expectations.
In the end though, you become a better person, better adjusted to the reality around you.
A process highly recommended to anyone who votes for Trump.
But dumping your bile and disappointment on social media never works. It can come back to bite in unexpected ways.
Something Trump is going to learn soon.
