25. How about we do this. REQUIRE AN IQ test to be a member of CONGRESS or POTUS then disqualify anyone

who scores 90 or below. And qualify anyone who scores 120+. Regardless of their age.

I'm sure we would cleanout some, let's just say some not so bright, current members.

Wisconsin and Texas have at least two prominent candidates.

Enough with putting mentally challenged idiots in charge of running our government.
