I really think Joe and Mitt could work together. Mitt was Gov. of MA. and he worked with the Democratic State gov. to get a healthcare from which the ACA built on.

I can see that the Republicans could benefit longer term if they accepted their minority status by jettisoning the QAnon/dumbells that are being elected in their Party. Let these morons and lunatic followers run wild with a 3rd Party that is politically ineffectual. Work to promote the basic legitimate agenda of the USA with the Democrats and get real with building a Party platform that is not anti-Democrat Party, but more Eisenhower in thinking. Let Mitt and sane Republicans tinker on the margins of Democratic legislation. but accept that fundamentally changes in social and economic policy are going to happen.

I hope there is a day when liberal and Republican are not mutually exclusive ideas.
