And I expect the PAC that is associated with the billboard company owner is also the one that bought the ad.

Penneco has a history putting up right-wing billboards. In 2018, a Penneco billboard in North Huntington called women who accused now Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavannaugh of sexual assault “Paid LIARS.” That year, the same electronic billboard also ran ads supporting Republicans Scott Wagner and Lou Barletta.

Those 2018 ads were purchased by Citizens for American Energy, a super PAC based in Delmont, that shares the same address as Penneco Outdoor Advertising. Additionally, the top (and only) donor to the Citizens for American Energy in 2018 was Delmont’s Penneco Land Company LLC., according to Open Secrets.

Update: Campaign-finance reports shows Citizens for American Energy PAC shares same address address as Penneco Outdoor Advertising: 6608 route 22, Delmont, Pa. Additionally, the PAC's treasurer, Terrance Jacobs, is listed as the CEO of Penneco Oil Company, an oil company that also shares an address with Penneco Outdoor Advertising and Citizens for American Energy PAC.
