who have had IVs. Looks to me like both hands. There's a bandaid on his left hand, too, and a wound closure strip on his right.

They had to switch hands for the IV, it looks like to me. Remdesivir, perhaps, which is administered through an IV. So are the monoclonal antibodies Trump received.

That's my guess.
