21. SCOTUS has no jurisdiction over the initial counting of ballots, only process & rights issues

For recounts. Bush v Gore was an equal protection dispute over recount procedures, not an initial count of ballots.

Unless Trump takes FL, and Biden’s margin in each of the Rust Belt States is less than 0.5% (current 538 Avg. is Biden +6-8%), SCOTUS won’t have a role, and only after state courts weigh in.
