In reply to the discussion: Biden needs to make a trip to Texas. Period. [View all]NurseJackie

Really, "OH BROTHER"!! NurseJackie??? WTF?
Yes, really. Nobody is ignoring Texas. The Biden campaign knows what they're doing.
This is not the 1930's. People in Texas have access to TV, radio and the Internet. They know what Biden is all about without the need for him to literally "make a trip to Texas". The Biden campaign (and other national surrogates) are doing a damn fine job at getting the message out.
I'm positive that everyone is aware that time is limited and money is limited. I think we can both agree that he can't be EVERYWHERE at the same time, right? Can we also agree that some events and some locations have a bigger impact on the EC vote than others?
What good purpose does it serve for anyone to be complaining and second-guessing Joe Biden's campaign decisions? It does nothing but to creating the negative (and false) impression that they don't know what they're doing and Texas is being snubbed or "ignored". That kind of negativity creates distrust and resentment. Negativity generates apathy. Apathy discourages voter turnout. Low voter turnout gives Republicans a chance to steal the elections.
Personally, I trust the Biden campaign to make the SMARTEST choices with regard to where their efforts (and time and money) are going to make the most positive and meaningful effect on the outcome of the election. Reasonable people know perfectly well that if the Biden campaign believed for one second that a "personal visit" could turn the state of Texas blue... they'd be there on the next flight. Right?
"Oh brother", not appreciated for one minute NurseJackie. Not for 1 minute.
Oh, good grief. Give it a rest. Period.
