11-9 - 11/14: DU Down
11/15 - 11/16: DU up at approx. 2:00 PM for Star Members. No new signups
11/17 - 11/21: DU up for Star Members. No new signups
11/22 - 11/29: DU Open to all members. No new signups.

I didn't capture the date that new signups were accepted.
