They say they look at the margin, how many votes are left to count, and approximately what percentage of the votes left to count will go to Biden and how many will go to trump. That does not mean that Biden has to be ahead by 50,000 votes and there are only 40,000 votes left to count. If Biden is ahead by 40,000 votes and there are 60,000 votes left to count and Biden is getting 50% of those votes, they will call it. This does not mean they have to wait for a recount. We've waited 4 years for this, we can wait a little while longer.
