56. Many people use mailbox addresses

If a driver's license has your mailbox address on it it SHOULD be legit. If a person is a citizen they should be able to rent a mailbox as their stable address, especially if their home was foreclosed, they travel a lot, they have an abusive ex, they live in an RV, they occasionally move as renters and so find the mailbox address a permanent solution, they are rural and so have a PO mailbox, or possibly many other reasons besides homelessness. Even if a person was homeless but maintained a mailbox address they should be able to vote--if the US mail gets to you, you are able to use your mailbox address on your tax returns, you should be able to vote. Heck, even active military members have a special APO that is not a physical address where they actually "live."
It is starting to sound like only white landowners will be allowed to vote soon.
