Is tRump angling for pardons at the Fed and State levels? [View all]

Could that possibly be the reason behind and the sound and fury? To be such a nuisance and to threaten the very fabric of the USA as nothing more than to create a bargaining chip to secure assurances from the Feds and NY State that he and his family and businesses will not be prosecuted for their various crimes?
