US Rep in Louisiana. I'm sure I saw pictures of him in handcuffs in front of a judge over it.

Two days ago he offered a $25,000 bounty to anyone who could expose any voting fraud.

Maybe the other guy figured he'd try to take O'Keefe for the 25Gs?
