In 2007 I bought a Toyota Camry fully loaded and drove it home. When I got there, something was nagging at me I wasn’t sure what it was. I went upstairs, about an hour later I went back down to the car and realized what it was: there were no floor mats. So I drove back to the dealer and to the horrified faces of the manager and salesman when I walked in the door. I walked up to them and said you forgot to put the floor mats in my car. The manager said let me check, walked over to the car and read down the sticker that was still attached to the window. He said nope no floor mats on the sticker. I walked over to it, read down and said oh look no steering wheel either, but I see one sticking up out of the dashboard. There must be some mistake. He said you’re welcome to buy floor mats in our store. I replied, Not in 1 million years would I give you the business after you sold me a $33,000 car with no floormat.
