I'm in the exurbs of Chicago (south & west), and we've got four towns all 5 to 8 miles from one another, each with 4,500 to 6,000. Around 20,000 people.
I know of no place locally to get tested, unless exhibiting symptoms. The 5 or 6 hospital branch sites are at least doing that part.
