She graduated Boston University cum lade with a degree in international relations and economics. She interned with Ted Kennedy. She started and ran a publishing firm. She successfully ran two political campaigns. Her responses are typically articulate and while they show an opinion that some people may not agree with, they are not unintelligible.

She has more to learn, especially about politics and holding her fire, but are you seriously implying that she isn't smart?

The only measure of intelligence to you is an IQ test? You do know that there isn't just one IQ test right. There are several, that are typically given in a battery of other assessments because intelligence is difficult to measure objectively.

If you don't like her just say you don't like her and why. Direct communication is always better than insinuating things.
