The president's lawyers have not yet filed their "expedited appeal" to the Third Circuit.

They also haven't filed a notice of appeal in the district court, which is the first step. If their goal really is to prevent Pennsylvania from certifying its election results -- which is supposed to happen tomorrow -- the clock's ticking.
