"Larry Klayman, Miami, FL, for Plaintiff.

Richard Wayne Driscoll, Juli Z. Haller Simonyi, Driscoll Seltzer, PLLC, Alexandria, VA, for Defendants."

In 2003, Judicial Watch founder Larry Klayman left the organization to run for the United States Senate from Florida.[67] In 2006, Klayman sued Judicial Watch and its president, Tom Fitton. Judicial Watch asserted several claims against Klayman as well.[citation needed] In 2019, Judicial Watch obtained a $2.8 million verdict against Klayman on its claims of breaches of the severance agreement and trademark infringement.[68]

Normally, anyone defending against Klayman would be a Good Guy, but when it's Judicial Watch itself, who knows?

It's possible she's the "author" of the things in the OP because she produced a basic document in her Judicial Watch years. I'm sure they would have started many BS suits in their time.
