The Milky Way and surrounding galaxies are all moving at 600 km per second toward something they call the "Great Attractor". They are not sure exactly what it is, only that its existence is implied by the motion itself. It is separate from the motion away from other galaxies due to the expansion of the universe.

So to review all of one person's movements, there is the crawling around a small area of the Earth's surface, which spins around its center with the planet going around the Sun, which goes around the galaxy which is hauling ass toward who knows where.
