just pre-program them to flip 3% - 4%. We don't even know who really owns our voting machines. From what I understand the machines can't be inspected because the companies claim proprietary rights on their software.

Also, recounts will only show what the machines already did. All they can find with recounts is a small amount of human error.

I still believe that is a big reason why we won, we went to paper ballots. That is why Trump kept saying that mail in voting was crooked, and why he fucked up the post office, he did it to get people to use the crooked machines but because he lies so much people still voted mail in.

I did in Pa. and you can track when you are getting your ballot, can track when the county election office got the ballot and when it was recorded. It is a heck of a lot harder to cheat using mail in ballots. I believe that.
