are creating exposure vectors like letting their kids be around other kids unmasked, that it stands to reason that medical establishments will have outbreaks.

If you are a patient and a Nurse who doesn’t wear a mask outside of his or her work environment treats you, theoretically, if you and the Nurse are wearing a mask properly at that point, your chance of being infected by that idiot is about 5%. Better if the Nurse doesn’t create that 5% chance, because that could be enough to kill some patients if they contact COVID19.
