I have seen both dementia, Alzheimers and Parkinsons take strong people down.
Right now I have a friend I have known since he was born have a chip put in. It seems to have really helped his Parkinsons. A long time Missionary in Brazil.

I was just thinking the same thing. More than one survivor has reported hallucinations/fever dreams

Well, her dementia was likely exacerbated by Covid-19. Any infection can do that.
