Postmaster General is selected by the board of governors. They each have 7 year term, and they select the PMG.
Dismissal only is done by the BoG. But, PINO appointed 5 of them.
So, unless they step down so Biden can replace them, and they choose to dump DeJoy, he can only be pressured to step down, but POTUS can just send him packing.
Unfortunately.
