that they're not voting for Loffler or Perdue, but for Mitch. A handful of petulant voters might sit it out, but the vast majority will vote, and with the orange beast now encouraging early voting, we can't take anything for granted.

Disagree. With margins like the ones forcing the runoff, "noticeable" needn't be massive.
