(15,013 posts)Grow up and realize governance is a far more delicate balancing act than "leadership" is. When working for a diverse society, sometimes one has to stop pushing and f**king listen to what one might consider trivial or wrong simply because someone else's needs and desires for a future can be equally important for progress to occur.
There needs to be room for equal consideration of everyone -even ones you don't approve of - in the now, or in the future, you will probably find yourself shut out when the enemies you labeled gather together against you.
That's one of the reasons why historically, radicals always end up eating their own once they drive all the others out.
But people like Nina Turner never seem to realize that. To them, governance is a team sport where they set themselves up as a coach figure, assuming that proves they're a leader.. Unfortunately, they always end up causing more distraction and destruction than they "win".
