4. Alternative facts can't be controlled

I can understand why a politician would embrace alternative facts. They really are quite convenient.

What I can't understand is why voters and the news sources they follow permit them to do it.

So now the Republicans and Fox are caught in the no-man's land of supporters who are used to the current level of disinformation and those who want to turn it up a couple notches. Once you open that door it is too difficult to close again.

Fox's watchdog when Trump calls in is Maria Bartiromo, how nods and says "uh huh uh huh" to all his election fraud nonsense.
