If you think that you have all of the answers and other opinions don't matter, and who ever disagrees with you shouldn't be here? That sounds rather undemocratic to me.....

People are responsible for their own on the job safety. I have been to dozens of safety classes in my life, where that is constantly drilled.... I quit a good paying job because the company would not follow OSHA regulations, putting my health and safety at risk in order to save them money. It cost me a pile of money, but I emerged with my health intact. It was a personal choice. The "victim" had the same option. It was apparently more important for him to keep his job than to protect his health. He had every right to make that call.

Now I have made my point, I have clarified my point, so I am done here.
