43. Blame or credit?

I'm not so sure Trump did anything the staunchest republicans opposed. Sure, he said the quiet parts out loud, but that just endeared him all the more to them. You'll not hear the likes of Grover Norquist criticise.

Let's hope no one smarter studied his technique.
