The day Eddie "the lamprey" Lampert moved in - with all that money he sucked out of Sears, that alone was a bad enough sign.

They still have several empty lots available for Colombian narcos, hedge fund launderers, and other assorted swamp creatures.

Then again, with the rise in sea levels...
