I threw you the huge issue of age. How about negligence leading to death due to AGE? HUGE factor.

I know grievance politics are big with some, and if you're among them, you have a few more giant ones to add to your list. If your only issue is white-on-black wrongs and you prefer to assume only that killed her, carry on.

But when it comes to caring for yourself in the real world, that could be like watching only for white cars when pulling out onto a speeding highway full of depraved indifference to life due to gender, age, physical and socioeconomic appearance, and inadequate insurance.
