Obama's failure to pursue Bush/Cheney on the war crimes front basically led a trump to become president as any prosecution of Bush/Cheney would have been line in the sand for accountability. Without accountability we have people like trump steamrolling the system. If Biden does not allow the DOJ to investigate and prosecute, the next trump in the Whitehouse will be 10x worse
